El Cuerpo Presente (Donation-Based Workshop)
El Cuerpo Presente (the present body) is an Eco-Somatic practice to attune our senses and bodies to the (Teachers of the) Land and listen to their imprint within each of us. El Cuerpo Presente refers to the connection between our body, our presence, and the Teachers of La Tierra rooted in “Mexican Curanderismo” traditions.
Through play, somatic exercises, story-telling, meditation, medicine-making and other embodied practices we re-animate our connection to the Land, our Other-Than-Human Family, and ourselves.
These gatherings center land, body, and being; and honor our play as embodied land-based medicine.
We will be meeting, promptly at 2pm to hike to the spot where the class will take place.
Date subject to change based on Yoli’s capacity and the weather (if it’s raining or a heat wave, class will be cancelled). If you register you will be notified of any shifts!

❀ PlayTime ❀ Decolonizing The Senses ❀❀ Community Workshop ❀
This is a sanctuary and embodied collective ritual to connect to the Madre Padres (aka Spirits of the Earth and Cosmos) and our guides. This is a curious exploration into sanctuary, temple, friendship, and gathering. This circle centers our most authentic (and sometimes absurd) expressions, feelings, and embodiments. We do this by diving into the body, play, personas, prayer, movement, meditation, and other sensory invitations. This circle is for qtbipoc, bipoc folxs and allies/friends.
Flower Mountain
Join Yoli and their co-facilitator Sarita in embodied ritual, alter-ecos and plant medicina play. This month Flower Mountain will be an offering to Yemoja, Chalchiuhtlicue, Mama Ocean, the Bay.
We will come together with our collective presence to honor the AGUA/ WATER.
