“Rainbow Transmissions #2 was a public program for CURRENT: LA FOOD taking place at Pershing Square in Downtown Los Angeles curated by Edgar Fabian Frias, Patrick Mansfield, and Eliza Swann of The Golden Dome School. At this rainbow feast, people were brought together to explore food and prismatic colors incorporating food, performance, and sound. This project explored the deep personal, social, spiritual, and political ways that we can experience food and drink. Performances were by the Rainbow Chorus (Edgar Fabián Frías as Center, Eliza Swann as Fire, Yoli as Earth (formerly known as Estela Sanchez), Francisquito Gerardo Gonzalez as Water, Thaddeus Pedisich as Air with wardrobe by Machine), Fawntice Finesse, and Breadwoman (Anna Homler and Jorge Martin featuring Maya Gingery).
